Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
